Yay New Tat!

Happy Halloween / Veterans' Day! I got a new tattoo! Clearly the upper arm is the place to get tattoos, I hardly felt it at all.





And no, it's not a brain, even though it looks like one. It's a turtle shell, and the lines in the middle make a stylized version of the kanji for "kame" (turtle in Japanese). Here's what "kame" looks like normally, just for fun:


Of course, the photo is backwards...which is so weird, I still never quite get the hang of things being backwards in photos. On my actual arm, it's the right way 'round.
